Question
Choppermech
Well i was awarded 30% for ptsd in 2005 0 for lower back pain 0 for psoriasis and 0 for fractured 3rd metacarpal upon seperation in 2004. I only knew about the ptsd and never knew i had the other 0%'s my psoriasis worsened and i was treated at bay pines va in 2005 with corticosteroids for well over 6 weeks and have continued these treatments with my private doctors here in honduras where i now live i would have eligible for atleast 30% in 2005 but didnt know i had the S.C. I have obtained doctors notes for 2006,2007,2008 and am currently being treated with extremely strong corticosteroids. Now my question is there anyway to get the V.A. to date my claim to whe it was warranted in 2005 and if not is it possible to get them to go a year back from my informal claim since i was eligible for at least 30% since 2005 throughout now?
Sorry if this is the wrong board let me know
