This was read to me,

Axis I Severe PTSD, and Bi Polar

Axis II Personality Disorder

Axis III Medical Bladder, Tinnitus

Axix IV, long list anger, nightmare, paranoia, social avoidants, work problems,

Axis V, Gaf 35

There was a lot of narratives, survivor guilt, lack loving feeling, don't get along at work, law sued for behavior

I guess this a average C&P Exam, should get 30% at least

what are your claims for? Is it both bipolar and PTSD and tinnitus? I didn't have time to read your other posts so just asking.

My C&P exam was for PTSD, the Bi-polar came through Mental Health DX, verified by C&P

Tinitus appointment was Monday.

Only C&P was for PTSD
