Question

i ham currently 90% and have applied for iu i have not workrd since march. the va is sending me to 5 appts for all of my sc problems. my question is are they re-evaluating me completely? i am on several meds and seeing a va shrink so needless to say i am a bit stressed. any help or advice would be great god bless

Does your doctor have in writing that in his opinion you are unable to

work. Does the VA have this opinion, if you have one?

If not, in my opinion your Mental examination is for this purpose.

They sent me for one for the doctor to determine if I was employable.

I had not been able to work for years.

honestly i dont feel I AM much different as far as my physical ratings go... on the other hand iam a mess mentally and really i dont know if this is very repairable i tried voc rehab and fell out of that as well

Anytime you ask the VA for an increase you are also asking for them to look at everything. That is why Vets who have a high rating need to give it some thought before they pull the trigger.
