I was awared 80% and my VA Primary Care Provider Recently Signed a Letter (which I submitted) stating that I am 100% Total and Permanently Disabled and Unable to Work in Any Capacity....so my question is.....would the VA consider increasing my rating to TDIU approving it and perhaps making it permanent at the same time?
Also....I do currently recieve $2,100 from a Long Term Disabilty Policy which is supposed to be offset once the VA starts paying me my 80%....we're waiting for a hearing (fiduciary issue...but I've since submitted 2 doctors notes disagreeing against a fiduciary so it appears I will win this issue...)....so my follow up question is.....will this monthly insurance money affect my TDIU changes?
Sorry....I'm confused and could use some guidance....
