Question
Bill (USAF Retired)
I am service connected for PTSD/depression at 50%, and 80% overall.
When I got my neuro C&P for migraines, the VA doc also noted a bilateral hand tremor. It's variable in intensity and so far, medication hasn't done a thing for it.
I realize that it's going to be an uphill battle getting the tremors acknowledged as secondary to PTSD, but I've got time and patience and a legal background.
Question: Is there anyone on Hadit who has managed to obtain a separate rating for hand tremors secondary to PTSD? I've seen BVA cases, but I'd like to discuss with someone who's been there and done that.
Thanks!
