Specialized PTSD Treatment Programs in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs http://ncptsd.va.gov/ncmain/ncdocs/fact_sh...d_programs.html 3. One of the best books on PTSD is "Achillis in Vietnam" by a Doctor Shea of the Boston Veterans hospital.
