Additional Evidence

Question

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know if I can submit additional IMO evidence to my claim once it has gone to the DRO for a DRO review. I ask because neither my IMO neurologist or the C&P doctor rated my bi-lateral upper extremity radiculopathy as either mild, moderate, or severe. And I'm affraid I will be low-balled to mild when it might be moderate.

Thank you,

Bergie

Mail it in asap or take it. The DRO does not have to look at it but why not?

DRO review is usually limited to the issues already raised but more evidence supporting your claim is good

Bergie,

There should be a very specific appeal person on your claim.

On the cover letter page of the rating decision that you filed

the NOD on, it should say something like:

Example

Reply to : ALM/471

Be sure on this additional evidence you are submitting

to put - APPEALS and the reply to info.

This will help it get to the DRO instead of bounced around

for who knows how long.

You want it to get to the DRO prior to a decision being promulgated.

jmho,

carlie
