i just got my summary from the psych for my tdiu. i am currently 90% and this is what the dr. said it is at least likely as not that the veterans ocd and major depressive order are directly related to his military service,specifically the cold injury residuals and the manner in wich thise injuries occured. it is at least as likely as not that this veteran is incapable of obtaining or maintaining gainful employment due to the severity of his mental and emotional problems at this time. my gaf is 45 i feel this is in my favor these are the exact words used by the dr. any input you folks have would be greatly appreciated. my daughter graduates army bootcamp in 8 days god bless

Be sure and provide copies of that medical evidence to Social Security also

What is your current rating for a Mental Health disability from VA ?

my current rating is 50% for major depression 30% left foot cold injury 30% rt foot 20%left hand 20 %right 10% tinnitus and 10% broken clavicle

I see two possibilities.

1) The VBA may grant IU

or

2) You are currently rated at 90 %. With the new evidence

from the Psyc - VBA may increase your percentage evaluation

for Depression, enough that you could wind up 100% schedular.

carlie i thank you for the words of hope. it has been a long tough road for me and mine i had my exams the end of sept. maybe around the holidays i will hear somrthing?
