You bet- he is still on cloud nine and thinking of ways to continue to help other veterans-

BTW our SVR radio show with Jim on Nov 18th 2009 should be in the Stardust SVR archives very soon-any media player will bring you the full audio and some posted his entire decision here.

Jim and I discussed his award and he is looking at possible TDIU but also some deferred issues- I just hope the deffered issues dont allow the VARO to fart around with the rating and cash for his AO award.

He isn't really too concerned about this- as he is SO happy his battle is over but maybe someone would chime in here on that-

will they send his AO comp right away and then decide the 2 deferred issues? I think they will -they should but no one really knows what they might do.
