I used this printout as evidence for my recent awarded claim.
The word diabetes or DMII or diabetes mellitus never appeared once in my husband's records.
I had to prove he had diabetes mellitus evident back to 1988 ,the VA misdiagnosed it and he died due to IHD and CVAs due to AO diabetes:

This gives the ADA glucose values for diabetes that are found on VA Blood Chem reports.
