Question

This is my first time posting in the forums, but I have used it to get some very good advise over the past couple of years. Now, I need to see if someone can help me. After they denied my initial claim, I was granted SC @ 30% for my left ankle condition, but, they subtracted 10% for PTS disability of 10%, so they assigned me 20%. I do understand the law covering this, but I had no disability PTS. I did break my leg 14 years PTS, and that is what they are calling my 10% PTS disability. It was well healed, no waiver was required, I played sports, and there was no problems with it until AFTER I joined. What ever happened to the "presumption of soundness"? So, if you listen to them, they are accepting disabled people to enlist, I do not believe this. I got my SOC and W-9 today. Does it really do any good to pursue this? Do I have ANY chance that they will reverse the decision?
