I am currently 90% combined 70%PTSD 30% migraines and 4 10's
I came off active duty and am in National guard status awaiting meb results from Ft. Lewis for service connected issues. I have seen the pysch report saying moderate/acute PTSD and deppression, fails retention standards. I also failed retention standards for my back.
These injuries occurred on title 10 and I have LODS and stressors purple heart / bronze star.
Will I be gettting a chap 61 with retirment pay since I am only guard right now? If they forward to peb and I get assigned 30%+
Also I was thinking of Applying for UI but in the award letter it said that I had mentioned I was working 2 different times that is why I didn't get 100% for ptsd I had been working but not effectivley that is why I havent for several months now. Would rather have regular 100% in case I wanted to do an odd job here or there. What are rules on that.
Also was thinking about applying for ssdi but didn't know if I should wait to get 100% from VA first. Will they even give someone with my current ratins ssdi and how long does it take?
Sorry for so many questions I have been having massive anxiety about this for years!
