call today to regional office and the VA representative told me that my claim is at the rating board to make a desicion since JANUARY 7,2010, and they have until FEBRUARY 6 ,2010 to make a desiccion. There is no time limit that is accessed to the rating board. That is an internal suspense so that the file if neccessary can be located. The usual time is 30 to 90 days. Hing in there.

I think 30 days is the standard timeline but it's one of those timelines that's routinely missed and not enforced.

Won't be long though. Buy a good book or two to keep your mind off of it.

My decision took around 90 days from the date of my C&P exam, and a total time of 7 months from the date I filed the claim, to the date I received the VA decision letter

You're in the home stretch. Won't be long. Just hang in there. It's tough waiting (I know) but think of something to do to get your mind off it. Easier said than done.
