IS TRUE THAT THE TIME ALLOW TO GIVE A DESICCION AT THE RATING BOARD IS 30 DAYS? IF ANY ONE OF YOU MAY GIVE ME A ADVICE IT WILL BE APPRECIATED.

When you cal the 800 number remember the person o nthe other end has abbout 2 minutes to get you off the phone and on to the next caller.

What they tell yopu may be flawed just to get you off the phone.

Dont put too much faith into the phone system. Only a call from your VSO may be viable.

Iris is a better communication method, Not Much better but at least the reply is in writing.

Speaking of VSO's they can check for you and should have a better answer than you get from 800 operators who are now just a cheap ass call center with no clue or desire to do anything but mail out forms.
