They say my claim went to the St Louis office for rating due to overload. Been at the rating board since Dce. 15 09 and now they say it is at a "second" rating board. What is this all about??

Claim originally filed for IU March 09, have had 2 C&P's aying "can't return to workplace"

JOHN1,

It means they haven't finished adjudicating your claim and

promulgating a Rating Decision yet.

Carly might be in bed.

Plain english:

They haven't come to a decision.

You're in the home stretch and it shouldn't be long now.
