Question

They say my claim went to the St Louis office for rating due to overload. Been at the rating board since Dce. 15 09 and now they say it is at a "second" rating board. What is this all about??

Claim originally filed for IU March 09, have had 2 C&P's aying "can't return to workplace"

Actually there is no such thing as the rateing board as it was changed with the VCAA of 2000.

The rater has your claim and the 0800 operator has 2 minutes to get your but off of the phone.

Your claim timeline is pretty short (Under 1 year). If your claim is strong it will happen. Why did you have 2 exams for the same issue, Are they DR shopping for a negative opinion?

Is this a PTSD claim?

They asked for a second C&P for the examiner to state his opinion if regarding IU (PTSD) " if veteran could work with minimal supervison etc;" which the examiner specifically stated " could not return to workplace even with loose supervision"

Thanks for responding

Did the C & P exam results state that due to your Service Connected disability -you cant return to any workplace and are unemployable due to service connected disability?

On the first I guess he was not that specific.
