Question

They say my claim went to the St Louis office for rating due to overload. Been at the rating board since Dce. 15 09 and now they say it is at a "second" rating board. What is this all about??

Claim originally filed for IU March 09, have had 2 C&P's aying "can't return to workplace"

John1,

If I were you I would be very concerned when it comes to this statement:

They asked for a second C&P for the examiner to state his opinion if regarding IU (PTSD) " if veteran could work with minimal supervison etc;" which the examiner specifically stated " could not return to workplace even with loose supervision" This was on the second c&p. On the first I guess he was not that specific.

The word workplace scares me. In order to obtain IU you have to be unemployable from any workplace. To me this is saying that you cannot return to work at the workplace that you were currently working at. It didn't say that you could not work at any workplace. If I am wrong someone will correct me.

I believe "workplace" definition and the examiners statement is a very broad and general term meaning "where people are employed". I feel the examiner would had stated something to the effect "last employment" etc.

Probably reading into this more than necessary.

Thanks You

John
