A C&P exam is to determine extent and/or existence of a service connected disability. It is not for payment purposes. I know the VA holds onto report results if it is done by outside contractors. The VAMC where you had it done may be able to give it to you from Medical Information Release dept.

If the C&P was for a MH condition,

there are certain circumstances that

VA can withhold releasing a copy to the veteran.

Some MH C&P's specify do not release to

veteran without prior doctors consent.

had a ROI for my PTSD C&P exam, took the time frame I suggested......

If you file the ROI, they have to respond. Do nothing, you get nothing
