Question

Even thou I usually feel lousy, I can find something to snap me out for a while. But today is a day I just need to write, and there is no better place than to my Hadit Buds. I am about to go in the en vivo phase of my sessions, I just want to be done with it, or be left alone with all my avoidance symptoms. I feel how anxious it is making me. I want to get better, and I have. But I don't see how much better I can get. I thought money was going to make it easier, but not has. Less stress in my life, has not. and now I feel like a wimp for complaining. anyway, Thanks for Hadit.

Maset,

Hang in there, I've been through it to. You'll be ok, just remember the memories cannot hurt you. Try to take your thoughts to some place safe.

Take care buddy,

Bergie

Hang in there and look at it this way. You are going to get some tools that will help you deal with the symptoms much easier.Unfortunately for most we hate to wait but as time passes it will get better.

A hobby or a project can help pass the time a little easier in my opinion

I notice that when I have to do something I can rise to the event. It is the days when I don't have something to do that drag on me. My project now is to get all my music CD's copied to an external hard drive so I can access music without hunting for CD's. I am not a computer whiz and I have a space problem, but this gives me something to worry about besides my pains. Something to do every day that gets us out of our holes is good.

Maset,

I'm new here but I support Pete23's opinion. It works for me. I've found that getting into a project (anything I can dig into mentally) really helps me thru the bad times. I admit that I get a bit obsessive about my projects but I figure whatever I can do to make it thru the bad times is OK. My projects keep me from falling into the deep dark hole I tend to visit more frequent than not.

Hang in there!
