Turning To My Buds

Question

Even thou I usually feel lousy, I can find something to snap me out for a while. But today is a day I just need to write, and there is no better place than to my Hadit Buds. I am about to go in the en vivo phase of my sessions, I just want to be done with it, or be left alone with all my avoidance symptoms. I feel how anxious it is making me. I want to get better, and I have. But I don't see how much better I can get. I thought money was going to make it easier, but not has. Less stress in my life, has not. and now I feel like a wimp for complaining. anyway, Thanks for Hadit.

I notice that when I have to do something I can rise to the event. It is the days when I don't have something to do that drag on me...

... Something to do every day that gets us out of our holes is good.

Excellent advice, John999. I noticed a bit of change in my (non) sleeping habits and stress levels, when I returned from my recent trip to Fla. That's why I am planning to go sky diving this spring.

Can't imagine where I'd be without my Hadit family. although I had to take time off the keyboard and screen from time to time - y'all were here when I got back. Thats true freindship.

Puppy? Colts? Kittens? Kids? Lambs? chicks and goslings...all remind me its really nearly spring - Yay~!

I notice that when I have to do something I can rise to the event. It is the days when I don't have something to do that drag on me. My project now is to get all my music CD's copied to an external hard drive so I can access music without hunting for CD's. I am not a computer whiz and I have a space problem, but this gives me something to worry about besides my pains. Something to do every day that gets us out of our holes is good.

Girlfriend got me a ipod for x-mas. Wow, I put my whole CD collection on it.

After I had my first En Vivo experience with the Dr. I notice it was not as bad as my mind made it out to be. Now I actually don't expect to be were I was x number of years ago. That comparison was a huge burden. Simple either because I cannot, or I really outgrown some of it. Now, I will concentrate on those few things I want to get back to. Like leaving the house (big one). So once again, getting my pup and train him will do that. Chico is his name will also in time let me trust my decisions and hopefully with just a few things I want to do. Will make me handle the depression and PTSD jumpiness, and security. Thanks to everyone for keeping this tread updated and hope we all help someone else in the process.

"So, first of all, let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is fear itself -- nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror which paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat into advance".
