In most cases I got the money before I got the letter. Something is fishy and you should start asking questions about it. Try and get in contact with the VSO who represented you at any Hearing. Or the VSO that helps you at the VARO

The referenced letter is the VA Form 21-4140 Employment Questionnaire. Failure to fill out or return in time will trigger a Notification "Proposed Reduction in Your Benefit" I suggest that you fill out on the day you receive, send a signed original to your POA/Service Rep for delivery to your VA Regional Office and send a second signed original, USPS, registered, return receipt to the VA Regional Office. I sent mine back via regular post back in 2008 and the Detroit RO claimed that they never received it. American Legion is my POA w/VA I send my 1st signed orig to them and AL hand delivers to RO in Detroit. Save yourself the headache and get it in right away.

Not sure what happen there. As I started to type a responded something wierd happen to my screen. Anywho, that is how mine was worded as well it said the same thing no future appointments and they will send you a yearly certification letter to respond whether you have worked within the last 12 months and make sure you return it. I have heard that could be grounds to stop you IU.
