This is great news. I had my C &P last week for IHD. I have three of the items within the IHD proposed regulations, fully documented. Assuming the proposed regs. go through, I will be pleased with whatever the rating turns out to be (hopefully).

I filed 26Oct2009 sent all evidence in with two private Dr. statement says I had IHD, and did the IHD C&P 2 months ago........

Most guys with IHD will get 60% rating, unless you have very special conditions......

From what I understand from my private cardio doc my METS are 3 or less. Do I smell CASH!!!!

Oh, by the way, it's pronounced is-KEY-mic. But ya know what, It really doesn't matter as long as it turns into C-A-S-H!

Where and when was your METS test done and have you that in your claim ?

The C&P people want new METS unless you have test done in last 6 months or so ( C&P wants new tests, if for no other reason than to crew with you )... the GUY I saw at C&P got all wound up with tests when VA regulation deny /forbid them from using various tests on me , because of my ICD, I never mention that, but was waiting for him to try... then I was prepared to scream foul and show ignorant they were about their own regulations.

BY the way, if they use the CFR 38 4.104 I also get the 100% P&T just because of the ICD, as required in the CFR.

Jeff, by the way... you have to come to the reunion big boy, I got my round trip tickets....
