Hello all, I just got a copy of my C&P results. Exam was for Curvical, lumbar, left Hip, bilatteral Shoulders, bilatteral Buttocks, left Arm, and Left leg. I was involved in a Motor vehicle accident Dec. 2005 while on active duty. I have had pain in all these areas every since. I am currently receiving 20% for lumbar strain.
exam results:
Cervical-DDD w/stenosis, gr 1 retrolisthesis w/spasm
Lumbar-HNP/DDD w/LLE radiculopathy (siattica)
Is Most likely caused by or a result of MVA
Bilatteral Shoulders
Bilatteral Hips
Is Less likely caused by or a result of MVA
Also in the Medical Opinion it states that Veterans Cspine condition has resulted in spasms to upper body-shoulder area and decreased use of his BUE in his effort to control pain intensity.
Veteran's left Hip pain is largely associated w/his lumbar spine HNP/DDD w/referred neuropathic pain.
How does the rating go for this? I know that bil-Shoulders, bil-Hips is less likely but how about the opinion which relates to Cspine and Lumbar spine?
I have pain in all these areas shuold I start looking into getting a IMO or just wait on the results and go form there?
Thanks in advance
