Question

Hey A question for you experts? I had C/P exam on the 30th of March. On April 13th I got letter from civ surgeon that I am not able to be gainfully employed due to my SC back. I am having surgery for the Back 3 level disc fushion with hardware. I faxed the Letter to the VA department that is the office that is supposed to submit the file into the process. I am going to check with the powers that be to make sure they got the letter from my surgeon. I have fought this claim for IU for near 3 years it is on appeal and I do not want it to go to DC. No descion has been reached as of yet. Any advice look forward to hearing from you when you get the time.... Adios...

I am not sure why you have to fax documents, but I always recommend taking it in person and getting a time/date stamped copy. Other than that make sure you confirm that the document you faxed makes it to your file.
