Contacting C&p Examiner

Question

Has anyone tried contacting the C&P examiner to clarify the exam report? The reason I ask is the examiner stated to me at the time of the exam that she had no doubt as to onset of my condition during service, and specifically said that she was going to write her report in such a way as to ensure that I get what I need. Yet the report had the dreaded "mere speculation" statement. However, in the report she seemed to suggest the the RO should defer to the opinion of my VA doc who is a specialist (the examining doc is a GP or internist). Well, the VARO used the C&P exam to deny service connection. The claim has not yet been promulgated because my VSO has been successful in getting the decision reviewed before promulgation and at this time the review has not yet been completed. So I am wondering if speaking with the doc who did the exam could possibly help.

Commander bob and Pete53 mucho thanks. My last 2 C&P's were March and May, and the NP phoned me at least 6 times and took my calls 4-5 times too prior to second exam and post exam. The Director of C&P said she would make sure I am treated right this time, unfortunately these exams were for secondary conditions not the back condition.

So there one can see a difference in the staff of a department trying to work with a vet and be fair and do a through exam with no lies. This dept has been run fairly since they revamped it and got a new director.

I wonder if it would help/hurt a vets claim if the vet contacted the State Board of Registration and Licensure and filed an official complaint upon the liars NP out there...if they were doing their job correctly, the VAMC would not permanently remove them from ever doing C&P exams. So posters out there who have been wronged with invaled exams what do you think?

Should these people be held MORE accountable for destroying vets lives more?

My concern has been and continues to be...what about all the vets this NP did C&P's on and was untruthful with? How many knew to follow up with their claims, or just walk away? This was not meant to infringe on this post but with taking calls, and lying, and telling vets it will go one way, and denying I believe it all goes together. ;)
