Question
cavscout1967
Hi
I recently had a VA C&P exam and the VA doctor who examined me stated in his opinions in the C&P progress notes that 4 things I filed for "were at least as likely as not" caused by my military service. I went to the VA and had my VA medical file copied and thats how I know what he stated.
This included tinnitus, knee as secondary to my already 10% ankle, a index finger crushed, and shoulder dislocation.
Can someone please tell me what this means in english non army speak...If possible.
Thanks
I am 10% currently for my ankle. I also filed a mental health claim and it's discussed under the PTSD portion of this site.
I appreciate any help in explaining all this.
