How To Complete Form # 9

My VSO called, to inform me that my claims had been denied and to fill out a Form # 9. I could not find this form on VA web site.

Thanks in advance for any replies of form number and how to complete for DMII and Prostate Cancer.

The VA refused to send me a proper VCAA letter.

My former reps did nothing to challenge the letter I got.

I knew the BVA would not want my claim to get to the BVA with this problem- (I should have asked VA to CUE itself but ddnt think that would work as VCAA is a DTA reg)

BVA said that although the VCAA error was a legal error -it did not prejudice my case-as my evidence was solid.

I would think your rep carefully considered your VCAA letter by now to see fi it contained any errors for a point of argument.
