Question
carlie
Here's what Norm wants posted.
I got a decision back in 2008, with many things denied, plus I just got a letter from the DAV that on a new claim that I filed I would recieve 0% for bilateral hearing loss, 10% for tinnitus and denied for PTSD and they stated at the bottom if I am not satisfied to file a NOD, but in both cases, no one has said anything about me being entitled to a DRO! The DAV is representing me, isn't it their responsibility to inform me that I am intitled to a DRO, some guy I was talking to at the VA told me about it. Never did anyone from the VA or the DAV tell me about it!!
