Well I had the 3 level lumbar fusion on my SC back. I have a appeal right now but I need to get your ideas on should I appply for Temp/Recovery IU (My healing time is 1 year) My wife has been out for the Max ammount of time and now shw is going on unpaid leave. I know that the appeal is at the ratting level and my Civ Surgeon just recently wrote me the letter stating I am unemployable due to my SC back. after fighting IU for 3 years I am not able to put my trust in the ratting board to go by their own rules.
