How do I post a question?

The question would be as follows:

I am rated 70% PTSD and 100% TDIU, I recently received a Form 21-4140 from RO ( Employment Questionaire). I reported to IRS income last year at $4000.00, from peicemeal work I can find to help cover my bills and cover what my disability compensation does not. Can I not be self employed (so to speak) as in doing various odd jobs and not worry about them taking my benefit away? I try to be on the up in up ("render unto Ceaser......") with the IRS and pay my dues. But if this is going to present the aggravation of having to jump through hoops every year I might as well do as my wife says stop trying to generate a little more income to off set the debt difference.

Do you qualify for SSDI (social security disability insurance)? I was recently approved by social security administration disability insurance and hope that this new unemployability status will help me with my current appeal at the VA. I haven't been working for over a year up to now so the SSDI will help in the interim. I am currently getting 10% and 30% PTSD and filled NOD in May of this year and now just waiting to hear from the VARO. I am appealing for rating increase on PTSD and trying to get asthma and bilateral hearing loss to be service related. I am hoping upon DRO review, they will grant me PTSD rating increase which will put me over the 70% mark to be qualify for TDIU. With regards to asthma and bilateral hearing loss, I am currently working on NEXUS letter to build my case for service related. Not sure asthma claim will succeed because I had been a smoker during the earlier part of my life and its shown on my VA health record as a tobacco user. I have never been a heavy smoker, about a pack a week when I was smoking. I strongly feel I developed asthma due to be chronic exposure to petroleum chemical when I was in the Navy. With regards to the hearing loss, I am loosing my hearing in my right ear and will be getting a hearing aid at the VA soon. The ear specialist doctor at the VA stated that he doesn't think my hearing loss is 'service related' because my hearing loss is a 'mechanical' problem with my inner ear. I don't agree with his diagnosis and have been encouraged to go to an outside doctor to get the NEXUS letter to support my bilateral hearing loss as 'service related'. So far, I haven't been able to find any private ear specialist who will be willing to write me a favorable letter after their diagnosis. I am not sure what to do. In the interim, I had my spouse to write me a spousal letter in support of my PTSD rating appeal, and not sure when to submit her letter. Should I submit this spousal letter to my VSO to have he submit to the VARO as further evidence, or should I hold on to this until I get my upcoming DRO review? Any suggestions or enlightenment would be greatly appreciated.

How do I post a new topic? I've tried several ways. My question is about atomic veterans, those who served at Pacific Proving Grounds (Marshall Islands) in the 1950s and were exposed to atmospheric radiation. I don't see much on that topic and I'm hoping to learn info and share what I know. Thanks.
