Question

Hello all, the question that I hope can get answered is this. I receive 20% for Radiculopathy Left Lower extremity (claimed as left leg, hip, foot and buttock). I submitted a claim for bi-latteral sciatic pain in buttocks. The right buttock received a rating of 0%, the left buttock was tied into the left lower extremity Radiculopathy. I went to a nuerologist and he stated that there is tenderness to palpation of the SI joint, as well as paraspinally bilaterally. Can I file a claim for sciatica in left buttock even though it was tied in with Radiculopathy or would that be considered pyramid?
Thanks
