Welcome to Hadit.

If your recent C&P was done at a VAMC - I suggest going to ROI and getting a copy of the C&P.

You posted, " I want to add these documents before the board makes there ruling..."

Are your claim issues at the VARO or BVA level ?

My exam was completed at the Kansas city VA clinic, I am not familiar with the language you are using.

Go to ROI (Release Of Information) at your VA clinic and request a copy of your C&P.

Are your claim issues under the jurisdiction of your VA Regional Office (VARO)

or under the jurisdiction of the Board of Veterans Appeals (BVA) ?

Here's a link to acronyms and abbreviations.
