The regional office informed me of two pending claims. Notice of disagreements (past denials of reciept ) and compensation for A@A.

Suddenly, both claims are on the table. I am 100% with IU. Any ideas.

Do yo mean you asked for SMC "S" award?

Were you able tos ednt ehm all evidence they asked for in the VCAA letter?

Do you mean they used someone else's medical record to deny you?

Or a page from some other veteran's decision?

All items were submitted. A page identifying the persons job duties and his ability to perform tasks without difficlty.

My medical records identify medical and mental health issues preventing my ability to perform duties
