Donna Posted August 4, 2010 Share Posted August 4, 2010 Berta, are the Vets that fall into the Nehmer class supposed to get a letter informing them of that status? My husband has a previously denied claim (2006) for IHD with a defibrillator implant. We have only received notice they are in receipt of the claim and awaiting the rule to be published.
