I come here looking for help for my for my husband, WildBill. Everytime I have thought about posting someone shoots me down. So I lurk.

Go ahead and post. If you feel uncomfortable, Shoot me a PM and I will try to jelp.

Hadit is here to help, not critisize anyone. That is The Moderators Jobs to see that is enforced.

WE are all one family here and with all families, there are some bumps along the way.

Michelle this hadit post of a SC Chiari vet might help you:

I will try to find more info.

I don't question the sincerity of that letter and I have written some doozy letters to the VA myself.

I have taken their statements line by line and then inserted them into my response and then I would type WRONG! and then tell them why.

But this is a complex issue the vet here has.

There are many excellent points in that letter.

What is the basis of his claim?

Was the doctor a Neurologist?

Michelle this claims work can be SO mentally exhausting that it can really get to any of us here.

Sometimes I get abrupt here from frustration but the real problem is the frustrating system we deal with.

If this vet wants to complain about the exam that is one thing but is the reason due to a C & P exam that he feels will hinder his claim?

I sure commend you for helping this vet.

We have to practically become doctors ourselves to deal with VA sometimes and that isn't fair.

Is it the function of moderators to be "thought police" or "big brother"? I think it has a chilling effect on free discussion.
