ptsd C And P Exam For Ptsd

I have my appointment for my c and p for ptsd, i would like to ask you guys what to expect and any advise you have.. i got so nervous talking to people i dont know I am not sure I can handle this. i rem someone said i can write down what happened instead of having to talk about. this would be better for me. can you help me with this... thnx in advance.

I ahve my C&P for PTSD on Oct 6, 2010. I'm currently rated 30 percent for PTSD, but the VA wants to re-examin me. I know that I have gotten worse. But, my problem is that I hate doctors, and it is hard for me to go to them let a lone talk to them.

Its not as bad as you expect if you have a professional doing the exam. Just remember to answer the questions truthfully but how it is for you on most days not the exact second at the exam.
