As far as I know, it exists, doctors don't normally diagnose it, and like the VA, most doctors write a diagnosis saying the patient suffers from the commonly found symptoms as sort of stand alone problems.

Some of my doctors admit it exists, but until it reaches the status of an accepted diagnosis, they would not write a diagnosis saying metabolic disorder.

To me, the combination of those things that make up IHD and Diabetes II is surefire evidence of metabolic disorder.

The VA C&P people don't even want to admit the links between DMII and IHD, even though the VA/DOD medical treatment guides show the links exist.

iS ANYONE IN THIS FORUM DIAGNOSED WITH METABOLIC SYNDROME? iF SO, PLEASE CONTACT THIS WRITER. I'D LIKE TO INTERVIEW YOU FOR VFW MAGAZINE. THANKS.
