Just curious - I have an IHD claim that I filed in July 2009 with the Buffalo VARO. Since the AO presumptives were announced, I have sent in more medical documentation.
I have yet to hear anything from Buffalo about "putting the claim on hold" or "Nehmer class" or anything else. Has anyone who deals with Buffalo received anything from them about the IHD claims yet?
