Question

Just got back from a C&P for two SC conditions currently rated at 0% each. Talked to the C&P supervisor and he was aware of my current 70%. Told him I was trying to get 100%. He advised me that my best route was TDIU. Here is my question. He stated that I could work part time or as he said "marginal employment". Does anybody know the dollar amount of "part time" or "marginal emplyment" per year?

Depending on your service connected ratings, it may be a lot easy for you to be granted 100% TDIU instead of trying to get 100% schedular. Veterans that are awarded 100% schedular normally have ratings percentages that are around 230% and VA combines those (fuzzy math) and their combined rating is 100%. Keep in mind that if you are working and apply for TDIU VA will most likely try to deny you. It is done on a case by case basis and it depends on the medical evidence that you have in your records.
