have posted here many times. iam tired of this man when you dont have vso the bva will play. bva decision on my cue claim was dissemed my claim was never cretify to the board 1994. say there can not be a cue of a open claim. mean my claim has been pending since 1994

they even found and informal iu claim from 1994.say i ask for dro hearing 1994.

wow i was happy i was granted 60% for same issue and iu 2001 at the dro level which is part of the appeal body.

no i get a bva decision granted 10% 1994-2001 and remaned my informal iu claim for a specai lmedical opinion and put it with amc.

now if they granted it to 2001 is that makin them aware of the dro decision.

i can not believe i have to take this to the court to get take care of no one will help.

they have put a decision between a final one. 2001 my claim that has been pending since 1994 has become final

this is a ingram v nicholson case the court has visited this two time .

just send my noctice of appeal to court. and send va my motion for reilf call o it call a writ of manus here.and to the court

my vso withdraw when i did the cue. you really need one at bva i could not get anyone to straight this out. but i still believe some vso are for the va

i just can believe i got them to say my claim has been pending since 1994 and open an informal iu claim this mean i won. i was granted all of this 2001.

man get them to see what there do is hard and getting me stress and now i had to take it to court did bva reconsideration no what i got back took the 10% away and change it to diened. never say why my effective date are not 1994. and appeal to court. this

The VA plays with effective you have to appeal and show them why they are wrong.
