I currently am recieving a special for loss of use of the creative organ . I have now developed peronies (sp) dease a cruved penis . is there an avantage for going back to V.A. with additional disability or not.

Likely not, unless the specific disease or problem has a schedular rating. The first problem is always to somehow relate the specific problem to service for a service connection

I really have no idea what the causal factors might be for this problem.

You need to check the schedule ratings chart. I don't think it can be rated additional but I may be wrong. However if it's painful it could be rated. Mine is deceased and apparently they don't rate that. lol Doesn't matter, I still like naked women but would never pay a dollar to see them.
