I finally got thru to VA & talked to someone (thanks Tbird). She said they have everything they need, and it is ready and waiting for a decision. If they need more information, they will contact us. Is that about 1/2 way thru the process? Or worse, at the beginning? The DAV rep just says we will know before he does and he dont know nuthin.
