C&p General Medical Exam

Rate this question

Question

Tomorrow I have my physical C&P, and I hope that it goes as smooth as my mental C&P. But, filling out the 15 pages of medical stuff is unbelievable, a lot of it ask the same thin over and over. Is this a way to catch you in a lie? Don't they know that most people will refer back to their first reply!! I'm suppose to bring these worksheets to the appointment for the doctor to look at, so how much weight will these work sheets play in his examination?

They asked you to fill out worksheets?

I had a general medical plus a couple of other C&P exams several months ago and mine did not go that way. Instead, the doc explained that the same generic questions were asked on every exam. The doc picked a single exam and logged all the common information in that one. For each other exam, the doc referred back to the other exam for all common details. The doc then continued to fill out each specific exam accordingly.
