Appeal Very Nervous

So i got the letter today 8 months after I filed my Nod I have to appear in Newark Nj for my DRO appeal face to face on Nov 17th, I guess that is the day i find out what is what. Wish me luck. I have more than enough evidence for my appeal confiming I have depression caused by pain, due to the fact I broke my back in 4 places while on active duty. But i shall see what happens wish me luck.....

Its not a job interview but like others said dress like you do most of the time. Its not a C&P either. Your evidence should suffice and my only comment is to try to answer questions with short answers and don't add a lot of stuff. Remember that for a change you will be face to face and in all likelihood the DRO would like to wrap up the claim and move on to next one.

These DRO hearings are very informal. They are not adversarial. Just relax and present your evidence.
