Is there a site I can go to for a list of benefits? Will I get a MWR card or dependants eligible for champva?

Yes, yes and yes.

Actually you will have to apply for a WMR card (get your local VA Regional Office to send you the letter necessary to be presented to the visitors' center at you local military installation, at which time you will be issued the MWR card.......and don't forget to take your family) You can get the necessary letter by calling the 1-800#. And, yes, your dependents are eligible for CHAMPVA. Contact them via the CHAMPVA internet address which is on the VA website, or, again, call the 800# and tell them what you want ("I want CHAMPVA for my wife", etc.). And, do not forget the Chapter 35 education benefits (and these benefits can be retroactive back to when you first applied or became eligible for TDIU).

And, to answer the first question, you will find much information in the award letter. Then simply Google for the rest of the info, or you can find it here, on hadit.

Larry is it possible for them to award TDIU without making it P&T? if they do then thier dependent may not be eligible yet for the CHAMPVA or Chapter 35 benefits or is TDIU automatically P&T I know that 100% is not always P&T and until the veteran gets the P&T award then they still have benefit issues

I have never dealt with TDIU so I don't know if P&T is automatic or not but since they find a way to mess with 100% vets I imagine they have a way to play games with TDIU vets also

I hope your award is P&T so the fun and games are over but I hate to see veterans get their sights set on all the benefits and then get told they have to wait for a few more years for a review

don't spend it all in one place there will be rainy days in the future

I was just getting ready to ask the same about the P&T. Oh, by the way Larry, drop me a line, either pm me or email if you like. Let me know how things are!
