does anyone know where to find all the extra benefits for a rating of p&t?

Leroy- TBird has done a lot of work on the Home page for hadit- I think all this info is there-

Often property tax reductions (good to call the Veterans Service Agency in your county for that info)

Free hunting/fishing licenses in some states or local areas-

Chapter 35 educational Benefits for your dependents,

Usually a CHAMPVA award for the spouse but they have to apply to CHAMPVA for that-

These are all excellent benefits and worth looking into.

Also I believe any veteran with an open student loan can get a waiver on the loan balance with a statement of 100% P & T. That too is worth checking for anyone this might apply to.
