Are the results of these exams ever entered into my Medical Record at the VA clinic so my doctor can review them. If not how do I get the results entered into my VA medical record? I requested copies of my treatment records for a date range and they did include my C&P exam results. Also, my doctor was able to review the results in the VAMC computer system.
