Question

If I Claim an ailment such as Lower Back Pain do to Herniated and Bulging Disks, however I fail to mention bulging disk in my initial claim but doing the C&P exam the doctor asked why I claimed such ailments (lower back pain)I tell him the reason. My question is, if I have doctors records and notes stating that I had a disectomy doing my service in the military, is this a valid claim?

Maybe but you need to follow up with medical evidence and ask for what you want. If we have earned anything is that the VA is good at ignoring the obvious.
