Berta Posted February 16, 2011 Share Posted February 16, 2011 Can you give us the Citation # and Docket number of the BVA decision? If the BVA awarded and this award involved retro -you need to send them VA FastLetter # 10-02 "Implementation of BVA Decisions" and ask them for the money. If they deferred TDIU but BVA awarded for something else,there is usually no reason for VA to hold back on this retro cash. But we need to read that part of the BVA decision. I've been having some real serious pain from TMJ, Shingles on the back of my neck, and 5th Cranial nerve involvement that makes me feel like I am at deaths' door.
