The examiner stated that PD does not effect your usual occupation as you are not employed. He is not employed because of his PD. The whole VA are idiots. Here we go with an appeal to clog the system. Is there enough there to ask them to CUE themselves? Or at least enough for a Reconsideration Request? What was the rating they gave him? Does he get SSDI for the PArkinson's? Papa Posted February 24, 2011 Share Posted February 24, 2011 Did you use the Fast Track System to enter his claim? Is this AO related? In the Fast Track system you can load up all types of forms and evidence. You can put the medical people that dx'd him for PD in the Fast Track System. PD has a min. rating of 30 percent.
